Please read these terms carefully before using DUFC.

Important: These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between you and DUFC. By using DUFC, you accept all terms below in their entirety.

1. Definitions & Interpretation

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DUFC platform, mobile application ("App"), and services ("Services"). By accessing and using DUFC, you agree to be bound by these Terms. "User" means any individual or entity that registers, accesses, or uses DUFC services. "Driver" refers to professional cab operators and commercial vehicle drivers. "Services" includes all features, functions, and tools provided by DUFC. "Platform" refers to the DUFC website, mobile application, and all related services. "Content" includes text, images, documents, data, and any other material on DUFC.

2. User Accounts & Registration

2.1 Registration: To use DUFC, you must register with a valid mobile number and provide accurate information. 2.2 Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old to register. Commercial operators must have valid driving license. 2.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials. 2.4 Account Termination: DUFC reserves the right to terminate accounts violating these Terms. 2.5 One Account Per User: Users cannot create multiple accounts. Duplicate accounts will be closed. 2.6 Accurate Information: All information provided must be truthful and complete.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

3.1 Users agree not to: - Use DUFC for any illegal or fraudulent purpose - Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or support staff - Upload false, offensive, or infringing content - Attempt to breach security or access unauthorized data - Share credentials or allow unauthorized access - Spam or send unsolicited messages - Manipulate fuel prices or dealer information - Misuse emergency services (false emergency calls) 3.2 Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

4. Driver Responsibilities

4.1 Document Verification: Drivers must ensure all documents (RC, Insurance, PUC) are valid and current. 4.2 Cab Verification: Commercial operators must submit quarterly verification with updated photos and documents. 4.3 Insurance Compliance: Drivers are responsible for maintaining valid vehicle insurance at all times. 4.4 Traffic Compliance: Drivers must follow traffic rules and pay pending challans promptly. 4.5 Safety Standards: Vehicles must meet safety standards for commercial operation. 4.6 False Information: Submitting false information during verification is a criminal offense.

5. Verification & Compliance

5.1 Quarterly Requirement: Cab verification must be completed every 3 months without exception. 5.2 Document Requirements: Valid RC, Insurance, PUC, and vehicle photos are mandatory. 5.3 Rejection Appeals: If verification is rejected, users can resubmit with correct documents. 5.4 Deadline Penalties: Missing deadlines may result in service restrictions. 5.5 Government Compliance: DUFC follows all government regulations for vehicle verification. 5.6 Data Sharing: Verified data may be shared with authorities upon legal request.

6. Dealer Rules & Conduct

6.1 Verified Dealers: Only verified dealers can operate on DUFC platform. 6.2 Quality Standards: Dealers must maintain service quality and professional conduct. 6.3 Pricing Transparency: All prices must be clearly displayed without hidden charges. 6.4 Customer Service: Dealers must respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours. 6.5 Complaints: Repeated complaints may result in dealer suspension. 6.6 Ratings & Reviews: Dealers agree to accurate rating system and customer feedback.

7. Emergency Services

7.1 Service Availability: Emergency helpline operates 24x7 across major cities. 7.2 False Calls: Misusing emergency services with false calls is illegal and punishable. 7.3 Response Time: We guarantee best-effort response, but cannot guarantee specific arrival times. 7.4 Helper Standards: All helpers are background-verified and trained. 7.5 Payment Terms: Emergency services may be paid or free depending on plan. 7.6 Liability Limits: DUFC is not liable for losses during emergency operations.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Services "As-Is": DUFC provides services on an "as-is" basis without warranties. 8.2 Accuracy: While we try to keep fuel prices and information accurate, we don't guarantee 100% accuracy. 8.3 Third-Party Services: DUFC is not liable for third-party dealer or helper actions. 8.4 Data Loss: DUFC is not liable for data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access. 8.5 Financial Loss: DUFC's maximum liability is limited to amount paid by user in last 30 days. 8.6 Damages Exclusion: DUFC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 Content Ownership: All content on DUFC (text, images, logos, code) is owned by DUFC or licensed partners. 9.2 Limited License: Users are granted limited license to use DUFC for personal use only. 9.3 Restrictions: Users cannot copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer DUFC content or technology. 9.4 Trademarks: DUFC, logos, and brand elements are protected trademarks. 9.5 User Content: Users retain rights to their content but grant DUFC license to display and distribute it. 9.6 Copyright: All original content is copyrighted to DUFC © 2026.

10. Account Termination & Suspension

10.1 Grounds for Termination: - Violation of these Terms - Fraud or illegal activity - Multiple policy violations - Non-payment of outstanding dues - Government directive or legal order 10.2 Immediate Suspension: DUFC may suspend accounts immediately for severe violations. 10.3 Data Retention: After termination, we retain transaction records for legal compliance. 10.4 Appeal Process: Users can appeal termination within 30 days. 10.5 Account Recovery: Suspended accounts may be reinstated if issues are resolved. 10.6 No Refunds: Termination does not entitle users to refunds.

11. Payment & Refund Policy

11.1 Payment Method: DUFC accepts credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. 11.2 Currency: All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR). 11.3 Transaction Processing: Payments are processed within 5-10 minutes. 11.4 Failed Transactions: Failed payments are automatically refunded within 24 hours. 11.5 Refund Policy: Insurance and FASTag purchases follow issuer refund policies. 11.6 Service Charges: DUFC may charge service fees as disclosed during transaction.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

12.1 Privacy Policy: User data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. 12.2 Data Security: All data is encrypted and protected using industry-standard security. 12.3 Third-Party Sharing: Data is not shared with third parties without consent. 12.4 Location Data: GPS location is used only for services and emergency dispatch. 12.5 Data Retention: Data is retained as per legal requirements. 12.6 GDPR Compliance: For international users, we comply with applicable data protection laws.

13. Disclaimers

13.1 No Medical Advice: Emergency services do not provide medical treatment or advice. 13.2 Insurance Claims: DUFC does not handle insurance claims directly. 13.3 Legal Advice: DUFC does not provide legal or tax advice. 13.4 Government Services: DUFC is not affiliated with government agencies. 13.5 Third-Party Products: We don't endorse or guarantee third-party products/services. 13.6 Availability: Services may be unavailable for maintenance or updates.

14. Amendment of Terms

14.1 Right to Modify: DUFC reserves the right to modify these Terms anytime. 14.2 Notice: Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. 14.3 Effective Date: Changes become effective 7 days after notification. 14.4 Continued Use: Using DUFC after changes means acceptance of new Terms. 14.5 Archival: Previous versions of Terms are available upon request.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

15.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by laws of India. 15.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be resolved under jurisdiction of Delhi courts. 15.3 Dispute Resolution: We encourage resolving disputes through mutual discussion first. 15.4 Arbitration: Unresolved disputes may go to binding arbitration. 15.5 Legal Compliance: DUFC complies with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.

Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By accessing and using DUFC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must discontinue use of DUFC immediately.

DUFC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the platform after updates constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
